Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Herbal Health, we take pride in providing high-quality herbal medicines and professional wellness services under the guidance of Dr. Mohd Asif. This policy outlines our guidelines on refunds, returns, and cancellations to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. Herbal Medicines & Products
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, herbal medicines, supplements, and consumable products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened or used.
Eligible Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
You received the wrong product, expired stock, or a damaged item at delivery.
Your request is made within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Refunds for Products
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping, handling, and convenience charges are non-refundable.
2. Wellness Center Services
Appointment Cancellations
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee (percentage or flat fee, as applicable).
Refunds for Services
Consultation fees, therapies, and single-session services are non-refundable once delivered.
Prepaid wellness packages: Unused sessions may be rescheduled but are not refundable unless approved under exceptional circumstances.
3. Online Consultations
For online/virtual consultations, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling.
Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions
Products purchased during discounts or promotions are non-refundable.
Customized or specially prepared herbal formulations are non-returnable.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of misuse, fraudulent claims, or violation of this policy.

Herbal Health may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any revisions will be published on our website with a new Effective Date.
